Kendra’s approach is holistic, collaborative, and person-centered. Kendra creates a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their unique experiences. Before pursuing counseling, Kendra spent over a decade working as a speech-language pathologist. As a counselor, Kendra supports clients in finding not only their voice, but also greater well-being, resilience, and self-understanding.
Kendra is interested in working with clients across a variety of ages and life stages. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, chronic illness, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Clients describe Kendra as warm, honest, curious, direct, and supportive. Kendra strives to build authentic therapeutic relationships that empower clients to better understand themselves, embrace meaningful change, and promote lasting growth and healing. Kendra works collaboratively with clients toward the goals that matter most to them, offering compassion, respect, and support at a pace that feels right for each individual.
