Rogan Motis
Clinical Social Work Associate
Rogan believes that exploring difficult emotions and life circumstances can help us better understand ourselves and move closer to the lives we want to live. She offers holistic, client-centered support for teens and adults navigating this process.
Her approach is shaped by her background in decolonial gender, identity, and power studies, international aid work, lineage healing practices, and more than 10 years of direct service with diverse communities. Rogan integrates narrative and storytelling work, ecotherapy, somatic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to help each client develop tools that feel meaningful and useful both in and outside of therapy.
Rogan brings presence, authenticity, steadiness, humor, and an enduring sense of hope to her work with clients.
