BAILEY DAVIDSON

Associate Clinical Social Worker

Bailey specializes in supporting individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the emotional and identity changes that come with becoming a parent. She works with clients adjusting to life after welcoming a child, helping them feel more grounded, supported, and confident.

Bailey works with couples seeking to improve communication, strengthen connection, and increase relationship satisfaction, particularly during periods of change, stress, or growing family demands.

Her approach draws from Narrative Therapy (exploring the stories we tell about ourselves), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She creates a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand their experiences and develop practical tools for change, while acknowledging the broader social and environmental factors that influence mental health.

She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, burnout, insomnia, and depression. Bailey is also a mother of two and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater stability, connection, and well-being.
